Single Catholics are an integral part of the Catholic Church and in the life of the Catholic Church. Single Catholics that consecrate themselves to Jesus and to the Blessed Mother find that they are stronger and better able to handle life's trials, difficult situations and problems, even if they may be alone in their vocation. When singles learn to let the Lord Jesus and the Blessed Mother guide and lead them in their life journey, there is comfort in knowing that singles are not without assistance, guidance and protection by the Lord Jesus and by the Blessed Mother when they need it most.
Leading a single Catholic life, especially with all the societal distractions and temptations, may be difficult, at times, to bear but when singles pray and ask the Lord Jesus and the Blessed Mother to help them through the distractions and temptations, singles will end up coming out ahead and they will pull through their situations. The Rosary and 9-day Novenas to the Lord Jesus, to the Blessed Mother and to one's favorite saints are powerful ways to have petitions granted. It is sad to say that 9-day Novenas are not very well known in modern times but Catholics should know that they have been around for centuries and are very effective because they require patience, persistence, determination and a tremendous amount of faith. When Catholics are persistent in their prayers, their prayers are heard more readily by the Heavenly Father, by Jesus, by the Blessed Mother, by the heavenly saints and by the heavenly angels.
Living as a consecrated single Catholic in the Single Catholic Congregation of the Servants of the Lord Jesus and Sons and Daughters of the Blessed Mother, members are reminded that being a Servant of Jesus and a Son or Daughter of the Blessed Mother requires dedication, persistence and an expectation by the Lord Jesus and by the Blessed Mother for members to grow in holiness and chastity in their single vocation. When single members pray the Liturgy of the Hours every day, they are reminded that the Heavenly Father, the Lord Jesus and the Blessed Mother are part of their every day lives and that they should give glory to God and the Lord Jesus for their earthly existence and to remind single members that salvation awaits every person who lives for God, for the Lord Jesus and for the Blessed Mother.
It takes a degree of self-discipline and courage to live a holy life, especially when mostly everything in our current society tries to turn singles away from God, away from Jesus, away from the Blessed Mother and away from their Catholic faith. It is important that our single Catholic Congregation members remember that all of our members are together, in a common single brotherhood and sisterhood, working together toward holiness and toward having a closer relationship with Our Heavenly Father, with the Lord Jesus, with the Blessed Mother, with our Catholic Church and with each other.
We hope that you will be members of this congregation for many years. We will be adding more information to this site in order to help our members become more informed and to help them become closer to the Our Heavenly Father, to the Lord Jesus, to the Blessed Mother, to St. Michael and to their Catholic faith. May God bless all of our Congregation members now and in the years to come.
